Yay! Collage with us on the second Saturday of May, every year. This annual, international celebration connects our community around the globe. Starting in 2018, Kolaj Magazine invited artists to hold events on that day to celebrate collage. Editor Ric Kasini Kadour says, “We created World Collage Day because we wanted to honour this community of artists and to remind the world what a spirit of cooperation, mutual support, and creativity can look like.”

Partners: InLiquid + Philadelphia Collage Works + Collage Philadelphia + PTP + AIR

In honor of World Collage Day, Philadelphia CollageWorks is partnering with InLiquid and Collage Philadelphia to celebrate collage.  

Choose among four collage activities and create items to take home or share as a gift with friends and family. Play and experiment with a variety of materials. Create greeting cards, a folded zine, learn more about Two-Bit collage, or collaborate on a group project. There will be something for everyone, along with kid-friendly collage activities. All supplies provided for free.
