Wendy Raskas Greenberg

The focus of my work as a mixed media collage artist is to intermingle the old with the new in a whimsical fashion. I lean towards using the female figure in many of my collages. I create and discover different processes within which to incorporate vintage materials and images with more modern media, with the goal of assembling these pieces together to take on a new life and tell a story that is up to the viewer’s interpretation.

I received a BA in Psychology at George Washington University. I have taken many continuing education courses at various art institutions in the Philadelphia area, which have greatly influenced my work as a collage artist. My work has been exhibited at Bridgette Mayer Gallery, James Oliver Gallery, InLiquid, Da Vinci Art Alliance, Main Line Art Center, among other venues. I am a member of InLiquid, Da Vinci Art Alliance, and Philadelphia CollageWorks.
